Delete your Clear Round Training account
You can delete your account in the Clear Round Training app, or submit a deletion request from this page if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete your account inside the app
- Open Clear Round Training and sign in.
- Open your profile or account settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm that you want the account deleted.
Request deletion without using the app
Send a deletion request from the email address registered to your Clear Round Training account. Include the registered email address so that we can identify and verify the correct account.

What will be deleted
Once the request has been verified, Clear Round Training will delete the account and data associated solely with that account, which may include:
- Login account and profile information.
- Profile photographs and preferences.
- Horse profiles, care reminders and calendar information owned by the account.
- Ride tracking records, workouts, reports and training history.
- Community posts, comments and other account-created content where applicable.
- The account's access to horses or information shared by another user.
Shared information
Information belonging to another Clear Round Training user, such as a horse owned by another account, may remain in that owner's account. Your account and access to the shared information will be removed.
Information that may be retained
Deleting a Clear Round Training account does not automatically erase transaction records held independently by Apple, Google Play, payment processors or subscription services. Limited records may also be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Data contained in routine backups, if any, may take up to 90 days to expire and will not be used except for security or disaster recovery.
